WORKS INVOLVED:
full decontamination and removal of all asbestos
1. Full internal decontamination of all surfaces and remaining equipment within the facility.
2. Building of a vast internal birdcage & access scaffolding to allow safe access to create internal fully sealed asbestos enclosures, ARD operatives would then remove each enclosure's asbestos containing materials and each enclosure was subjected to independent analysis & a 4- stage clearance by a UKAS accredited analyst.
3. Removal of all external asbestos cladding to enable the remaining structure to be demolished.
